Data we collect

When you book a session, we collect your name, email address, phone number and payment details. When you write to us through the contact form, we collect whatever you choose to tell us. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to run a booking or answer a message.

How we use your data

Your name and contact details are used to confirm your booking, send your private meeting link, and reach you about your session if something changes. Nothing you provide is used for advertising, and nothing is sold to a third party.

Third-party tools

We use a third-party payment gateway to process session payments securely — we don't store your card details ourselves. We also use a web analytics tool to understand how visitors use this site, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

The two versions of a booking

Every booking exists in two forms. You see your name, your session details and your confirmation. Your counselor sees a date, a time, the tier you booked, and an Anonymous Client ID likePV-X98F2-2026— nothing more. Your name, email and phone number are not hidden or blurred on your counselor's side. They are simply absent, because the system that builds their view of your booking never includes them in the first place.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the privacy contact below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and delete data you've asked us to remove once we've confirmed there's no remaining requirement to keep it.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to function, plus the analytics tool named above. We don't use cookies to build an advertising profile of you.
