P&V Healing Pathways — also called Mann ka Mitra — is a private, online mental health service. You book a time with a peer supporter, a mentor, or a licensed psychologist, and talk to them over a video or voice link, without ever sharing your name with the person you're talking to.

Anyone who wants to talk something through, whether that's a specific worry, an ongoing goal, or a diagnosed condition. The three tiers exist because "who needs support" isn't one kind of person — seeServicesfor what each one is built for.

Buddy (₹299, 30 minutes) is peer support — someone trained to listen, not to diagnose or treat. Mentor (₹599, 45 minutes) is ongoing coaching support from someone who follows your progress across sessions. Psychologist (₹799, 60 minutes) is clinical therapy from a licensed psychologist.

You'll get a confirmation with the date, time, tier and a private, single-use meeting link — sent to the email and, for the WhatsApp confirmation, the phone number you gave at booking. Nothing else is needed on your side before the session.

That's the honest version, split in two: booking itself is genuinely open around the clock — you can start on the site and pick a tier at 2 a.m. on a Sunday. The sessions themselves run to a published calendar, and which times are actually open is exactly what the calendar shows you when you go to book — rather than every hour of every day being staffed.

Yes, and ourRefund & Cancellation Policyhas the current terms. The exact cancellation window and refund timeline are still being finalised, and that policy says so plainly rather than showing a number that isn't settled yet — we'd rather you read it there, where it can't drift out of date.

Nothing is charged, and your held time slot is released so someone else can take it. Your tier and any details you'd already entered are kept, and you'll be shown the times still open so you can try again.
