P&V began with a simple observation: most people who need to talk to someone never do, because the first step feels too big, too public, or too expensive. We built a way to start smaller — a private conversation, priced so that trying it isn't the hard part.

How we protect your privacy
When you book, your counselor is given exactly enough to run a good session: a time, a tier, and a reference likePV-X98F2-2026— never your name, your email, or your phone number.
That reference isn't a redacted version of your name. It's the only identifier that exists on their side of the system. Sessions happen over a single-use meeting link generated fresh for each booking, so nothing links back to a personal account on either end.
What we do store — your name, contact details, and payment record — lives separately, encrypted, and is never shown to the person you talk to. It exists only so we can send you a confirmation and, if something goes wrong with a payment, put it right.
